WOOT! Look what I got!


KO Racing's GT35R .63 Street Brawler Kit!!!		This will get me closer to my goals... SO HAPPY!!!

TJDouble07 (Trevor) picked up a GT42R for his Alltrac and I picked this up. It will replace my other kit that I've recieved from KO Racing no too long ago. This is a Garret GT35R .63 A/R turbo. He hit 527+hp! This should be PLENTY of boost for my application!

This is the old (yet still new) kit that will go into the MR2 AW11 1.5 3sgte swap. 350hp will be a breeze with this. I honestly think it may be too large. Not sure if I've mentioned it but I've also scored a great deal on a '93 TRD LSD transmission for the MR2 swap as well. Now I'm just waiting for ACPT to call me about a carbon driveshaft quote...

Here's the new intake manifold designed by ChrisK. It's a sidefeed 70mm throttle body ceramic coated piece. Whew. As always not an inexpensive part to say the least.
By the looks of it I don't think it's going to fit either. Oh well, only one way to find out..


It seems larger than my previous intake manifold.		Look! Velocity stacks too! Helps with low and mid range power.

KO sent me my turbo kit and the more I think about it the more I really want the GT35R kit. Then again I don't feel like dropping anymore money into PMP. Mittens has been cleaned up a bit and is now in the garage for winter storage.  Unfortunately Mr. D is sitting outside in the elements.  I'm glad there hasn't been any snow but I'm sure we'll get that soon enough.

Next season I'll start prepping her for painting and what not.  I still need to get more tools but since the garage is completely full that would just make a mess in an already chaotic situation.

Here are some photos from an MR2 meet.  I was fortunate enough to be the only person to bring 2 first generation MR2s (AW11). I was surprised to see so many nice MR2's in MN.

The more I look at the MRS, the more I want one.	We beat the previous MR2 meet by 1 more car... :p
